Накануне 05.06.06. был проведен небольшой ритуал в лесу, у подножия места, известного как "Оккультная Гора", и когда пробила полночь, в 06.06.06. Drowning The Light сыграл свой первый концерт, в составе: Azgorh - вокал, Tortured Soul - drums, Nighwolf - guitars. Затем, в 4 утра, был записан мини-альбом "060606 It Begins Here" как дань уважения Люциферу. Затем, полноформатник "Drowned" и первые демки были изданы на двойном CD под названием "The Fallen Years".
