Conversation 261:  The Story, Journey and Passion of Rachel Binkley RD, LD Today’s conversation is with Rachel Binkley a registered dietitian who found how important nutrition was in her life being a gymnast which led her to seek out dietetics as a profession.  She didn’t think she would like clinical nutrition but found out quickly, she could be the “good guy” in the hospital with her patients.
