262 - Creative Process and Gatekeepers with Sun Deep

Sun Deep is back and we talked about Bloom, the creative process, the balance of knowing music theory, gatekeepers keeping people from doing music because of certain tools or characteristics, and more. Sundeep Sharma, also known as his artist name, “Sun Deep”, is a music producer, rapper, filmmaker, and geophysicist. His music has a lot of his Indian culture within it, whether it’s up front when he’s rapping in Hindi, or if it’s inspiring his musical productions. He’s gotten to produce for a lot of other Oklahoma rappers and has worked on music videos, films, and scores. The track that plays at the end is “Going Under” from Sun Deep’s EP, Communication Board, which is streaming everywhere now. Get a bit deep with Sun Deep!
