Nate developed the Career Adventure Academy to be the cornerstone career mapping program for students and aspiring professionals facing quarter-life crises. He also co-leads an innovative high school education program that develops students through profession-based learning, called CAPS (Center for Advanced Professional Studies) in Cedar Falls, Iowa and the Cedar Valley Region of Iowa. Nate is an experienced CEcD, and also a professional announcer supporting businesses through voice-over and telephone service, public-address announcing for Iowa High School Championships, and local and collegiate sports through play-by-play announcing on the J-Hawk Sports Network and ESPN3 for the Missouri Valley Conference.
