Alivia Croal, a 22-year-old firefighter with the Toronto Fire Services, is not just notable for her youth, but also for her dedication to making a difference in typically male-dominated fields. Prior to her firefighting career, Alivia served in the Canadian Forces, experiences that have shaped her resilience and sense of service.Born in Canada with Ukrainian heritage, Alivia is also the founder of the Ace Foundation. This non-profit supports women in first response fields by providing scholarships and financial aid opportunities.In 2023, Alivia has embarked on a new journey: competing in the Miss Grand pageant.
