263: Kalash Bash Texas (2019) – Match Recon

What this episode covers

Carbine matches based on the classic AK platform have increased in popularity over the last few years. Starting with the Red Oktober Kalashnikov Championship at the Southern Utah Practical Shooting range and spreading across the United States, there are now several matches to choose from to exercise your AK-47, AK-74 and their variants like the IWI Galil ACE. Our friends at Dissident Arms had a major hand in putting on the Kalash Bash in Texas and it had an absolutely incredible turnout especially when considering that it was a first year event. Unlike most matches we cover on The 3-Gun Show, the match was actually a side-show of sorts and a social event and open-to-the-public shoot was the main attraction. Bringing in AK enthusiasts from all over the country, Kalash Bash Texas 2019 was one to remember. Find out what to expect from this match if you want to dust off your Russian rifles and shoot it with us next year. Support The 3-Gun Show on Patreon: Become a Patron!
