#264 - McKirdy Sub-2:20 Preview, Puma Fast R3 Review, Listener Questions Answered

Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us! On this episode, the boys had some banter. We chatted about Scotty and Danny's mid-week workouts: Scotty had a nice 12 x 800 sesh with the boys (video on Youtube) and Danny ran some 2k repeats at altitude in Colorado! Strieg is one week out from his sub-2:20 attempt at McKirdy next weekend; we got his pre-race thoughts and also the Puma Fast R3 review from him (as well as looked up the weight of several other super shoes lol). We capped off the pod answering some listener questions we received via email. Enjoy!
