#264: You're Either Expanding or Contracting In this "Monday mindset'' episode, I am sharing my thoughts on expansion vs contracting. Expansion is such a big word, it is inviting new people, experiences and situations, yet it is also a potentially scary feeling with so much unknown, fear and uncertainty. This is where growth happens because this is the only place it can happen. Expansion needs space to grow! In today's episode we discuss:1) Make a list with the words expansion on one side of the paper and contraction on the other. Look at all of the different experiences or times in your life where you expanded and what did it lead to? Build your own contrary evidence to disprove your negative or self-limiting thoughts. 2) Be honest and real about what you want to create and what will it require you to do? 3) Receiving allows us to expand even further. It is a process and sometimes it's easier than others. Embrace the fact that there's always room for more. Believe in the possibility of abundance and flow in your life and business.
