265: Build Confidence Through Meditation With Zeoane Goh

from The Tao of Self-Confidence · host Sheena Yap Chan

Zeoane is a versatile talent, well-known for her bubbly and fun energy in her hosting shows. She had rave reviews and testimonials of her roadshows, dinner and dance parties, seminars and community shows. She has been featured on Singapore national TV channels like Channel 5, Channel 8, Channel U, Toggle TV and Starhub Cable TV. Her latest projects are for Singapore’s Health Promotion Board’s stage plays to raise awareness for national health campaigns. For Zeoane, it was a challenge for her to build confidence especially with her body since she was not the typical Asian female. This led her to low self esteem and self sabotage. When her husband introduced her to a form of meditation, that was when she able to build her own confidence.
