267: MY COVID 19 VACCINE EXPERIENCE, SIDE EFFECTS, HOW TO PREPARE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND HEAL

I wasn’t going to share that I got the vaccine or record an episode about it. However, after a week of absolute hell/side effects, my ptsd that came in hot, and the ongoing panic attacks that happened, I changed my mind. I knew I had to share the mental health aspect when it comes to the vaccine, as nobody is talking about it. So that’s where I come in. This was also extremely hard to record. Reliving trauma is hard, and then recording a show about it is on another level. I know I went through this for a reason, I know I have this platform for a reason. It is to help others. So, I hope this episode does just that. I also share my go to healing recipes and holistic remedies as well as a few of my favorite products I always need on hand.
