Welcome Back to Another Episode of Better than I Found It! Today’s episode is a little bit shorter and sweeter as we gointo detail in both the recruiting of players and fundraising for new facilities. These topics are fresh on the mind of Coach McGraw and the rest of the Baylor staff as they sent the Summer recruiting and renovating the Billy, our stateof the art practice facility, Coach McGraw dives into his stories from the past to show the importance of both recruiting hardworking players and building great facilities. He also goes over the evolution of recruiting with the transfer portal, NIL deals, and changes in recruiting rules forcing him and others toadapt over time. With the Bears currently in a rebuilding cycle, there is no more important time to have good recruiting and facilities. I hope you enjoy the listen as much as I did. Aussie Backyard Conservation Sarah Jane Connop Welcome! My name is Sarah Jane and it was my desire to start a conversation about conservation that brought about the inception of this podcast. Rather than presenting a lesson, I have dragged my programming boyfriend, Joel, along to bounce ideas off - together we discuss MY chosen topic which I have studied, but Joel is totally off script, so I never quite know what he's going to say next. We'll cover topics relating to conservation issues and how they affect our daily life. We'll address concerns about, and explore how far reaching conservation issues are and of course discuss how we can make small changes to live in a more sustainable way. Aussie Backyard Conservation is a place where we imagine better environmental outcomes. Every person can be part of our planet's preservation, and solutions can be found at home. We'd love for you to be part of this conversation too - so please join us as we endeavour to become backyard conservation heroes! Sluggy Kuumba Mohammed Dan Presents What makes the world better. Sluggy Kuumba Mohammed Dan Just trying to leave this world better than the way I’ve found it. Release Your Resistance Bex Beltran So many of us are going through life on default, reacting to what happens to us and assuming that's how it is and how it will always be. And so many of us are aware that something different, or better exists.. But we might not be aware that the different or better existence is available to us- RIGHT NOW! Or, even if we are aware.. We might not take action towards it, or believe it's available to us because of our resistance. Over the episodes in this podcast I'll teach you how you can release your resistance. By doing this for myself, I have become valued and respected by myself and in my relationships. I'll tell you how I found my purpose, how I'm happy, and why I feel more self-sufficient now than ever before. Right now, there may be a barrier between you and a relationship with yourself and life that you love and appreciate, but that barrier is self-created resistance and totally optional. This podcast will show you how I broke through that barrier, and how you can too! I'll show I Am The Change Tim Ware Stories, reflections and perspectives from the everyday people who are seeking to leave the world better than they found it.
