267: Why Fall Is the Perfect Time to Reset

I’m back from my summer break, and today we’re talking about what it really means to come out of survival mode and step into a new season of life. When you’re just trying to make it through, the world feels blurry. You don’t even notice the little things piling up around you. But once you start to shift, it’s like everything comes back into focus: the appointments you’ve been putting off, the house that suddenly needs cleaning, and most importantly, you.

In this episode, I’m sharing a summer recap (including an upcoming Disney trip I didn’t think would happen), how back-to-school season has me reflecting on my own routines, and why fall is the perfect reminder that change can be beautiful. 🍂
