She discusses her move to WWE in 2013 and her pivotal role in introducing the use of data and analytics in the organization, focusing on having a 360-degree view of their fans. She further elaborates on the evolution of the WWE network in providing value to the fans while modeling social media conversations and leveraging the data intelligence practice.
