#268 the housing Market is going to the crapper

One of the crazy things about Utah is that the housing market is getting way out of hand. cost of living is insane. Mostly because so many people are coming here from out of state for the job opportunities that are here, From Silicon Slopes and all the tech industries here. the Bad part is that it makes it hard to keep a living wage and be able to find a home.  Our current townhome that we have lived in for 6 years is no longer a option for us. The owners daughter is moving back to Utah so we were informed that our lease wont be renewed. This threw a wrench into our house building plans but only a little. the main problem with Utah is because of all the move ins it is hard to find a place to rent. its not that rental are sparse its that to get a good place to live you have to end up renting it pretty much sight unseen. so thats what we did.
