#268 The Human Design Roadmap (Part 8): Incarnation Cross Made Simple

We’re back with Part 8 of the Human Design Roadmap Series! The purpose of this series is to help you answer the ultimate question, “okay, I have my chart, NOW what?!”. If you’ve discovered Human Design but are overwhelmed and confused, I’m giving you the freaking roadmap! In this episode of the series, I walk you through arguably one of the most confusing parts of the Human Design chart: incarnation cross. This is one of the only areas of the chart where I hear people say all the time, "this doesn't resonate with me", and I talk about why this is in this episode.I talk about what the incarnation cross is through the frame of Human Design and the Gene Keys, what a "heavy vs light" workload cross means, how to interpret and make your own meaning of your cross (including my own personal example), and I also briefly touch on the quarters of each cross and what they mean.The most important thing to remember, is that there isn't anything you need to "do", your incarnation cross and your energy are already at work as people and situations come in and out of your life.
