27. A Conversation about Grief

According to today's guest, Restoration & Confidence Coach Tami Marie, grief is something we don't do well. We all experience it in various forms through a significant loss in our life. Loss of a loved one, loss of a dream or identity. But instead of learning from it, and thriving through it, we try to sweep it under the rug because, well, other people have it worse, or, especially as Christians, we are "supposed to trust God and be happy."  Tami shares her story of earth-shattering loss, and how she learned to move forward in life without holding into the raw feeling but also... without letting it go.
