These are your body's signals to slow down and take care of yourself. (Proverbs 4:23)Journaling for Insight: Instead of questions that fuel self-irritation, ask empowering questions like "What am I feeling?" or "What's happening within my soul?" Journaling without judgment allows you to connect with yourself and God. (Psalm 42:1)Reconnect with Your Inner Child: Take time to acknowledge and love your inner child, who might hold onto unprocessed emotions. Let her know you're there for her. (Matthew 18:4)Movement and Mindfulness: Find an activity that brings you joy and relaxation, whether it's movement or quiet stillness. Honor your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)Listen with Compassion: Pay attention to your body's messages: tension, stress, restlessness. Listen to your thoughts and emotions with curiosity and love.
