This Jr. Dawgs team worked with The Shiftd Hockey Program in the spring of 2017 prior to a 29-3-4 season that saw them capture the Carolina Hockey League's Bantam Championship on February 25th, 2018. On Shiftd Radio today we discuss the importance of Long Term Athletic Development vs the stress of chasing early athletic peaks. We also dive deep into the the Shiftd Hockey process and how it works from the players/coaches/parents perspective.
