A question we always get asked is ‘how do you structure your days, weeks, and months as a social media agency that handles so many moving parts?’ and we took that as the crux of our episode! We break down our monthly agency process, and then give you the tea on how we each structure our days and weeks. We have different roles (and different brains) so it was cool to learn about the other’s process for us too!
