27: I AM… FIERCE!

Heather is a certified Self-Love and Healing Coach who helps women heal from past traumas and step into their most Fierce selves. After spending 10 years in an abusive marriage with a narcissist, she divorced him only to discover the trauma that was left behind. Anxiety, codependency, a lack of self-love, self-worth and self-confidence left her accepting love I didn’t deserve, along with an entire host of trauma responses that had to be unlearned. This started her journey of healing and rediscovering herself. She graduated with her degree in Legal Studies in 2012, and followed that with a career as a paralegal for 10 years. In 2022, she left it all behind to pursue her coaching business and podcast. She is currently writing her first book, Tattoos on the Heart, all about her journey through love and the lessons she learned that changed her life. She resides in Dover, Delaware with her 15 year old daughter, her boyfriend, and their fur babies.
