In this episode I begin the IRONMAN© Oceanside 70.3 series with my friend Jarrett Wyatt. We discuss his history in the sport and how he began his endurance journey many years ago. He highlights that he never had to move the car for this race once he parked at his hotel. Everything is within walking distance. His nutrition for this race is also unique. He talks about how his coach, Cheryl Miller, is very detailed and how she sets him up for success. He also mentions where to get the best sleep prior to the race is.
