In this episode, I interview Kaila of the 'Parent Tell' podcast. Kaila became a Mama near the beginning of lockdown in May of 2020. We chat about her pregnancy and how the changes in her body and feeling completely out of control around them impacted her. Her birth that resulted in a cervical tear that ultimately led to a hemorrhage and required emergency surgery. Her son, Robin, is now 16 months old and we chat a bit how this journey of motherhood so far has shifted her perspectives and approaches to life.
