Giavanna previously played a key role in the success of the top producing Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman. While Giavanna worked for 3 years as the team’s Operations Manager/Transaction Coordinator, her role was better defined as Chief of Staff; she managed the day-to-day operations, oversaw all administrative details, and implemented policies and procedures to support the team’s culture and commitment to professionalism. Additionally, Gia took on an even broader, more hands-on role having been involved in every deal, from beginning to end, working in a trusted support role and providing the Team’s clients with seamless, white glove service from beginning to end - empowering her to ultimately ensure that every step of their experience is positive, productive, and polished. Giavanna earned her MA Real Estate License in 2018. Before joining Douglas Elliman, she worked on the sales team for the exclusive private residences at the Four Seasons One Dalton In Boston’s Back Bay. Her knowledge of the Metro and Greater Boston marketplace, understanding of the negotiation and transaction processes, and years of experience working with one of Boston’s top teams equate to an enhanced experience for the client. As your Real Estate Advisor, Giavanna wears many hats, and she’s happy doing so. “I love the energy of Boston and the excitement of real estate in such an active market. Every client and every deal is different, and I have to say that my years working in the industry has given me the tools I need to smooth over any bumps in the road or tackle any challenges.
