Have the conversation. Boundaries are most effective when they are communicated. When you want more from a connection, it is an opportunity to share your desires. This doesn’t make you less “feminine” to reveal what you need/want. In fact, the skill you most need to gain from dating is expressing your boundaries (this is not a one-time skill set, you’ll need it for the rest of your relationship ;p) Let go of the outcome. Remember, you are worthy of your heart’s desires. This person being able to/not being able to meet your needs isn’t a reflection of your value, but rather the goodness of fit.
