27: Microaggressions

On the first episode of Season 3, Dr. Kathy Wong Lau, Chief Diversity Officer at San Jose University, will sit down to chat about microaggressions. Dr. Wong Lau is an expert in intercultural communications and a leading consultant and trainer in diversity and inclusion. Microaggressions are statements, actions or incidents regarded as an instance of indirect, subtle, or unintentional discrimination against members of a marginalized group.
