Sexism exists in every environment, not only with the planes of scandalous headlines and court hearings. Most of the time, sexism occurs in small, everyday social settings. From lingering looks and off the cuff comments in the boardroom to everyday scenarios that have seen offensive behaviour dismissed as ‘banter’. Enough is enough.
