Natalie incorporates different therapeutic techniques such as meditation and energy healing, CBT and solution-focused therapy.  She helps individuals gain knowledge and skills that they can apply to their every-day lives.  Natalie uses a holistic approach that includes emotional, physical and spiritual attributes of every client to meet their needs and achieve their goals.
