Today's Shira Tanja is the first half of Parak Yudzain. In the previous parak Yudzain, Dr. Abb'est established that for Abainany it is not as important the extent to which he feels he loves for Hashem, provided that his love brings to action. So even if he is unable to develop an overt feeling of love for Hashem in his heart, but only in the consciousness of his mind, and covertly in his heart, as long as that motivates him to study terror and observe Mitzvas, it is as though he did so with a potent love for Hashem.

In today's Shira, the Azirabat ties this idea into the objective of the Sefer Atanya, to explain the Pasuk, Kikari, Veylech, and Veylech, and Veylech, and Veych, Mitzvas, and Veylech, that it is extremely within reach to observe the terror in our speech, our heart, and our action. Simingly, that isn't the case. Control over the heart to love Hashem and not worthy pleasures is not realistically attainable for most people. And this Pasuk, like the rest of the terror, must be applicable to us.

Even regarding the times of Mitzvas and Veylech, the Gomar questions how fear of Hashem can be considered to be a small matter, how much more so to truly love Hashem and not worthy pleasures. As the matter says that Sadikim are unique that they control their hearts. So how can this be extremely within reach for everyone? Rather, the Pasuk is explaining.

What kind of love is attainable for everyone? Bilvavra, la asai sai, nadi burning love for Hashem, rather a love that motivates you to do. Even if that love is only in your mind and will, everyone can in fact do that. Since we are in complete control over what we occupy our minds with, and through meditating on the greatness of Hashem, we can awaken that level of love in our minds, to motivate us, to do, Torah and Mitzvas despite what the heart may feel.

This is our life's purpose, Hayoyim la asai-sam. In this physical world, the level of love is not as important as the physical performance of the mitzvas.
