The Grimes Sisters
from Monstrous
In this gripping episode, Carrie delves into the mysterious and chilling case of the Grime Sisters. On December 28, 1956 Barbara Grimes and her younger sister Patricia Grimes left their home in Chicago, Illinois to see a movie in Brighton Park to never return home. Three week later their bodies were discovered on the side of a rural road in Willow Springs, about an hour outside of Chicago. The murder of the Grimes sisters and the investigation that followed remains one of Chicagos most notorious cold cases, one of the most costly and labor-intensive searches in Illinois history. In the end we are all still left with one question…Who abducted and then murdered the Grimes sisters? Photos for this episode can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61561641454715
