What this episode covers
The Trailer to a movie is a delicate 2.5 minutes of mystery, intrigue and hope. If done properly they’re reviewed by podcasters like us and carefully scrutinized for Easter eggs and brief moments of the enjoyment to come. If done wrong, you loose some of your potential audience ( Sonic the Hedgehog for example) and end up conveying the wrong message all together. This week instead of just reviewing one, we use the trailer as part of our feature presentation. The premise: We all agree on watching a trailer that none of us have seen. The kicker is that the trailer needs to be viewed in silence and with nothing but our creative juices and wit we have to come up with the plot without any lines, lyrics or laugh tracks Trailer of choice for the debate….Andrew Lloyd Webbers Broadway success turned feature length musical CATS (meow, purrrrr, sing, dance, wash rinse repeat?)
