She is a Sports Yoga Teacher and additionally has completed Sports Yoga Training with Sarah Ramsden (Ryan Giggs Yoga teacher). With Sports Yoga Training she can design cross-training classes to work on mental focus, strength, mobility, breathing, relaxation, flexibility to enhance stamina, endurance and prevent injury.
