#270 - Instagram Q + A: Running Mentors, Building a Running Community, Coros > Garmin?

Visit lisrunning.com to be coached by us! On this episode, the boys took questions from Instagram and answered them on this pod! We love doing these episodes, you all always send thoughtful questions and some funny ones too. We hit on a lot of great topics here! We chatted our running mentors, how Danny built a running community in St. Louis, running gear including what watches we think are the best, and more! McKirdy has already happened but we chatted a bit of McKirdy pre-race as well on this one. Enjoy!
