The spotters explain how the appeal process works and why the hearing should have taken place sooner. Plus, hear how it ultimately impacted the Round of 12 playoff elimiations.NASCAR president, Steve Phelps, said penalizing Kevin Harvick was not punitive after his outspoken comments about the Next Gen car. The guys explain why NASCAR needs to be more transparent about their random inspection picking process.
