273. How To Handle Employees Who Leave

When an employee leaves a salon, it can be very painful for the salon owner as well as for the employee. When an employee leaves, tensions can go way up in the salon. Over the years, we had all sorts of drama when an employee left, and the main reason for that is we had no system in place on how employees should leave. In the last couple of years, when we had our salon, we changed that and let our staff know that we wanted them to leave in a way so we could all be friends. In this episode, we share how you can set up your business to have a better transition when an employee decides to leave your salon. It doesn't not need to a drama-filled transition.
