They emphasize the importance of learning to become an effective leader and how it can improve both work and life for all involved. "So if I have to help them and coach them through and sometimes get my hands dirty, then that's what a leader does. And I think that that's, that kind of the person that really cares and gives a darn, is somebody that I think people are attracted to. And you have to show that every day, which is hard. It's hard.
