274. Energetic Containers - A Conversation About The Coaching Hierarchy and Transcending to Interdependent Relationships

That moment helped me clarify how powerful containers combine discernment with coachability—without giving up sovereignty—and why I’m wary of online dynamics like hierarchy, pedestals, and coach worship. I talk about filtering content and mentorship by what’s useful and relevant for your season, the value of experimenting, and how clear structure (like riverbanks) can create safety while still allowing flow. I also explain why witnessing and two-way support matter to me, and why I aim for interdependence—not dependence, codependence, or isolated independence—in coaching, business, parenting, and life.
