Neben seiner beruflichen Tätigkeit ist Tobi auch als Künstler aktiv. Als autodidaktischer Fotograf stellt er seit 15 Jahren im In- und Ausland aus. Seine Arbeiten wurden in renommierten Galerien und Institutionen präsentiert. Vor seiner Selbstständigkeit sammelte Grewe über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in Agenturen, unter anderem als Managing Partner bei Serviceplan Köln. Dort verantwortete er den Bereich Employer Branding und betreute internationale Kunden. Tobi verfügt über umfangreiche Qualifikationen, darunter einen Abschluss als Internationaler Diplom-Betriebswirt sowie Zertifizierungen in systemischem Coaching, Veränderungsmanagement und narrativer Organisationsberatung. Er ist außerdem Autor von Fachbüchern zum Thema HR und Employer Branding.
