279 - God's Timing

Overview – God’s Timing. Acts 13:4-12. In our sermon today we study Saul and Barnabas’ very first evangelical journey, that God had called them and sent them on, while they served Christ in the Christian church in Antioch. God sends them out of the country of Syria, where Antioch is, across a part of the Mediterranean Sea, over to the island of Cyprus and then they begin to preach Jesus Christ and the Gospel. Why did God send them all the way to Cyprus across the sea, and not just to other areas of the country of Syria? Where do they actually go in Cyprus to preach? Do they just go out and just start preaching to all those that come across their path? Do they just go to one location to preach? There are a lot of little details that God leads me to bring out of this text, and I expound a little on each of them in the sermon.
