28. A Passion, a Hustle and a Why with Tim Casallas

from The Kinetic Man: Christ-Centered | Veteran-Focused | Investor-Minded · host The Kinetic Man

"We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps." - Proverbs 16:9 Today we talk to Tim Casallas who just recently got out of the Marines after 10 years to pursue his passion for business and real estate. Tim was the first investor who has purchased 3 properties from Storehouse 3:10 Ventures. Tim talks about how his passion, his hussle, and his why drives him to success. Tim has used his VA loan to house hack, has done a 1031 exchange to increase his net worth, and has partnered with family and friends to use private money to do more deals. Tim has big plans; he's gone back to school for real estate and is networking like crazy. He now owns enough real estate to be at phase 1 of financial freedom, but he's stepping up his game with plans to do a lot more in order to serve and pursue his why.  Books Tim recommends: Rich Dad Poor Dad The Book on Investing with No (And Low) Money Down Connect with Tim on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/timothy-c...
