Service is something you can do anywhere for anyone. It doesn't have to be life changing, but something that shows you care to lighten their load. Find ways to serve others both inside and outside the workplace. Leaders find ways to serve others, so start looking for small ways you can help out and you'll be well on your way to being seen as a leader amongst your team.
