This week I snatch a few edges and speak up for my entrepreneurs. I discussed how sharing our vendors and important information that is pivotal to our business can affect our business relationships going further. I also discussed how entrepreneurs do not work 24/7 and some of us have business hours in place that people need to respect! I did not leave the customers out. I gave ways that our customers can help us out if they see something that is out of the ordinary or that they are confused with. The best way to handle things are by over communicating and also keeping the lines of communication open via email and customer service.
