from Rabbit Hole Happy Hour · host Rabbit Hole Happy Hour

When we heard the news that Peacock would be releasing a 3 part series, "Where the Truth Lies", where Casey Anthony would be telling her “truth”, we knew it would be important to provide context that most likely wouldn’t be included in her retelling. Caylee Anthony was last seen on the morning of June 16, 2008. Casey told her parents (who she was living with) that she’d be leaving Caylee with her nanny, Zanny, while she worked. But 30 days would pass and Casey refused to bring Caylee home. She provided excuse after excuse as to why she couldn’t come home with Caylee. Work travel, a wedding, car trouble, etc. When Casey’s parents George and Cindy are notified that their daughter’s car was impounded, they rush to the tow yard to pick it up only to discover that it smells like a dead body had been in the trunk. Cindy (Casey’s mother) had reached her limit. She tracked Casey down and demanded answers. Casey spins a tale that Caylee had been kidnapped by Zanny the nanny 30 days prior. Police get involved and discover there is no nanny. They are taken down a rabbit hole of lies, but soon discover the truth. Casey had been out partying for the last month. Casey Anthony was accused of murdering her child but a jury would acquit her of all charges - shocking the nation. What happened to Caylee? The answers lie with Casey, but with her track record, we’ll forever be left wondering.

Explicit Tales From The Rabbit Hole Mick West Tales from the Rabbit Hole is an interview-style podcast focusing on people whose lives have been affected by the conspiracy theory rabbit hole. Guests will include both former and current believers in a variety of conspiracy theories, as well as debunkers, skeptics, and the investigators of those theories. I’m Mick West, a debunker. I wrote the book Escaping the Rabbit Hole – How to Debunk Conspiracy Theories using Facts, Logic, and Respect. This book came from my experiences running Metabunk – a debunking forum. Over the years I realized simply presenting corrections to people is not enough. We need effective communication, and we can’t do that if we don’t listen to and talk with each other. I’m hoping this podcast will help bridge that gap. Explicit The Midnight Cinema Screening Unkn  Welcome to The Midnight Cinema Screening. This is basically the place where we hang out after midnight and talk about movies and TV shows that stuck with us… the good, the bad, the weird, and the ones that probably shouldn’t exist but somehow do. I also talk about true crime. If you love horror, cult classics, creepy shows, and the occasional random deep dive into something strange, you’re in the right place. Nothing here is super scripted or overly serious. It’s more like sitting around with friends after a late-night movie, breaking down what worked, what didn’t, and the moments that made you pause the screen and go, “Wait… what just happened?”Some episodes we’ll be reviewing movies. Some we’ll be talking about TV episodes. And sometimes we’ll just go down a rabbit hole about the weird history behind something we watched. So if you like late-night movie talk, dark stories, and conversations that feel a little unfiltered Explicit
