In my journey of growth and healing, I have come across and myself channeled energy. Initially I saw it as a step towards spirituality, thinking this channeling was the end goal. Little did I know at the time that it was a SMALL part of the greater whole of what a human was capable of. We all have the capacity to feel everything, it is whether we want to give it the space, time and attention to develop. As Vidya explains in this episode, many of us including many in the corporate space have strong energy faculties. However it takes a great deal of inner silence to be able to work with the energy dimension keeping high regard for integrity and self-care first.
