Practice self-compassion. Forgive yourself 3.Stay positive in your self-talk 4. Depend on God for your strength to keep going  5. Reach out for support and encouragement  6.Focus your attention on your future instead of on the history of the past. What can you do today to change your tomorrows? You can’t change your past but you can make decisions today that will shape your tomorrows! With God in your side—you will succeed and THRIVE!
