Nach mehreren Jahren Erfahrung in ausgezeichneten Restaurants, wie das von der Hotelkette vier Jahreszeiten, zieht es Ihn wieder in die Heimat. Dort entwirft und lebt er ein außergewöhnliches Genusskonzept Namens „Eat.Share.live“. 3 Mal die Woche läd er bis zu 12 Gäste in sein Zuhause ein um für sie zu kochen, mit Ihnen zu reden und Ihnen so einen außergewöhnlichen Abend zu liefern. Sein Wunsch ist es den Gästen nicht nur ein gutes Essen zu liefern, sondern auch eine tolle Atmosphäre.
