LA is the #1 city in the US for organized retail theft according to the National Retail Federation.So, the question is how to deal with it?Recently, Governor Brown signed into law the new Organized Retail Theft crime law. And, Los Angeles and the LAPD have just announced a new partnership with ALTO U.S. to battle this trending crime. On this week's show we talk with officials from ALTO US and the LAPD.
