Summary
On this week's episode, we talked about these athletic systems and their intentional narratives. The system built and the "snake" are synonymous. Athletes have to stop asking the "snake" to not bite them. Snakes will do snake things! These systems were built to do what they do. Many times athletes walk into these major organizations trying to prove themselves, but there's no need to. They should be wise as a snake and gentle as a dove in whatever business deal or transaction they enter into because these systems and the people in it can be very hungry and intentional about what they want (even if it means creating a narrative for control). If every athlete would learn to pull back and observe the slithering "moves" and what's really going on, leverage becomes automatic because of how they're looking at the situation, and the position they are looking at it from. Every one of them should learn to be as wise as the system that they are entering into! This was a very intense and interesting conversation! Check it out!
