Certified personal trainer & Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and online wellness coach for over 4 years. Former division II college lacrosse player at East Stroudsburg University. Originally from Baltimore, MD. Launched my own personal training business in 2018 (All In With Jocelyn, www.allinwithjocelyn.com). Have trained college athletes, seniors, moms-to-be, etc. Have experience both in one-on-one training as well as group fitness. Currently studying for my CrossFit Level 1.
