28. Michelle Hill: CFO of Citizens State Bank

Michelle Hill, Chief Financial Officer at Citizens State Bank, joins host Emily Landers on today's episode of How'd She Do That?. At Citizens State Bank, Michelle oversees all aspects of the support services, including, but not limited to, financial services, information technology, and compliance. She oversees the budgeting process as well. Michelle was appointed to the Citizens State Bank Board of Directors in March 2016 and serves as it’s first ever woman board-member. Michelle’s story shows that women in corporate America are not only making a few cracks in the glass ceiling, but are completely shattering it.
