28. Protect Your Time, Energy & Attention with this Simple Strategy

Today our conversation dives deep into a strategy we teach in Cowgirls Over Coffee called “The Umbrella Focus”. Lana and I share how using this strategy allows us to manage our priorities that are aligned with how we’re feeling and what is most important. The Umbrella Focus helps us prepare for what’s coming by sorting things into priorities and objectives while alleviating the guilt and shame of things outside of the umbrella that purposefully won’t get done right now.
